You can return unused items with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@queencurves.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery to the UK usually takes 7–12 working days and to Ireland 10–20 working days.
UK delivery is free on orders over £50, and £4.70 for smaller orders. See our Shipping Policy.

We email your tracking code within 2–4 business days of your purchase. Tracking information can take a few more days to appear. If you haven't received it, contact support@queencurves.co.uk.
