Cancellation Policy

Changing or cancelling your order

You can change or cancel your order, including its contents or delivery address, as long as you contact us before it is dispatched. Orders can enter our dispatch process as soon as 4 hours after they are placed, so please get in touch as quickly as you can.

Email support@queencurves.co.uk with the subject line "Please Cancel/Change My Order Before It Ships" and include your order number.

• Within 4 hours of ordering: we can make changes or cancel your order and refund you in full.
• After 4 hours: we'll still do our best. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it under our 30-day Returns & Exchanges policy.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If we aren't told about an incorrect address before dispatch, the order will be sent to the address you provided.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery was refused, we can re-send it once you pay the standard shipping cost for your country again, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
