Delivery Times

Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 7 to 12 working days after dispatch
  • Ireland: 10 to 20 working days after dispatch
  • Other countries: delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us before ordering if you need an estimate.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by holidays, weather or customs checks.

Order processing time

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and dispatched the next business day. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Where your order ships from

Our products ship from our fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and Asia. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll receive tracking details for each parcel.

Tracking your order

We'll email your tracking number within 2 to 4 business days of your purchase. Tracking information can take a few days to update after you receive it. If you haven't received a tracking number within 4 business days, please email support@queencurves.co.uk.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Queen Curves order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of the date you received your order, including sale items.
  • Items must be unused and unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
  • We may refuse a refund if an item is returned damaged, worn, soiled or not in its original condition.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email support@queencurves.co.uk with the subject line "Return Request", your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, and don't send them to the manufacturer.
  3. Post your return within 14 days of receiving our instructions. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.

Return shipping costs

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or it didn't fit, you pay the return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

If your item arrived faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of putting it right. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 20 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll help you exchange it, subject to availability.
